Remote Backend Team Lead (Python) - Data

Description:

• Lead the backend, full stack, and QA engineers in the team, ensuring predictable delivery and improving estimation accuracy.
• Take ownership of planning and delivering technical roadmap items, optimizing data processes, and managing technical risks.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Python experience, particularly with high-performance data systems.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, with experience in project planning and delivery, especially database migration.
• Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and data gathering/scraping.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles.
• B1+ English level.
