Description:

  • Lead the technical direction of a real-time facility navigation and asset-tracking platform's backend architecture.
  • Oversee a distributed, actor-model backend built on Microsoft Orleans, focusing on real-time positioning and telemetry data.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior/lead-level architecture responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience with actor-model distributed systems (Microsoft Orleans preferred).
  • Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET, including API design and data pipelines.
  • Experience with real-time/streaming data systems and leading small engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
