Description:

  • Lead the lending division (Nivoda Capital) within the FinTech Engineering Team.
  • Architect a world-class credit decision-making platform to enhance customer cash flow and moderate credit risk.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of tech leadership experience in building scalable platforms.
  • Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Tech Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of backend languages (Node.js/Python) and database design.
  • Understanding of GraphQL API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in building cloud-native systems on AWS or GCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in underwriting/risk or credit decision platforms is a bonus.
