Description:

  • Responsible for guiding and managing a team of developers, ensuring technical feasibility of project designs, and facilitating technical decisions.
  • Collaborates with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and scopes, ensuring technical solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Ruby, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and secure software development lifecycles.
