Description:

  • Join Unmind as a Technical Lead, working remotely in the UK with monthly travel to London.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to enhance team metrics and own the technical direction and quality of the team's work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in product-focused teams, with a track record of designing and shipping complex software.
  • Strong partnership skills with Product Managers, understanding business context and making technical trade-offs confidently.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-engineers and operate independently with sound judgment.
