Description:

  • Seeking a Tech Lead to guide technical decisions, support engineers, and help scale the platform.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Strong software architecture skills and experience in product-led environments.
  • Deep backend expertise and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React.js preferred).
  • Experience in Docker-based, cloud-native environments (AWS).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
