Description:

Lead the technical direction and delivery of initiatives within a fast-paced AI operations platform for retail and CPG enterprises.
Write production code, review PRs, and set engineering standards while maintaining a strong presence in the codebase.

Requirements:

Proven experience in shipping and owning features end-to-end, from UI to deployment.
Strong technical leadership with the ability to make architecture decisions and manage tech-debt.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML products, particularly LLMs and retrieval systems.
Ability to define MVP scope and connect technical choices to customer outcomes.
Initiative ownership skills, including hiring and structuring work.
Strong judgment under pressure for build-vs-buy decisions and architecture calls.
