Description:

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers to develop realistic scientific and engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in relevant fields.
Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with proficiency in C/C++ and other programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Linux environments and terminal-based development workflows.
Hands-on expertise in technical domains like parallel computing, circuit simulation, or digital hardware design.
Strong analytical skills and experience leading technical teams.
Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation and feedback.

Full-time remote position based in India.
Opportunity to lead and mentor a technical team while contributing to AI training and evaluation processes.
