Description:

  • Lead with extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel communications using GhostDraft.
  • Responsible for end-to-end customer communication management applications, including customer interaction to finalize input file structures.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end document lifecycle and GhostDraft.
  • Proficient in scripting or programming languages (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net).
  • Strong debugging and error-solving skills.
  • Experience in direct customer communication.
