Description:

  • Build and improve a real-time voice platform for the insurance industry, focusing on call handling, ASR/TTS pipelines, and audio processing.
  • Work on telephony infrastructure and the agent/skills layer for live calls, ensuring reliability and latency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Real-time voice/telephony experience with Twilio, SIP, ASR/TTS, or latency-sensitive audio systems.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js for production backend systems.
  • High ownership mentality, comfortable with distributed systems, on-call rotations, and incident response.
  • Eligible to work in LATAM, Ukraine, or Portugal (fully remote); visa sponsorship not available.

Benefits:
