Description:

• Responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions on the Omilia platform.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements, translating business requirements into technical architectures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in delivering conversational AI or agentic automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record with major conversational AI platforms (e.g., Omilia OCP, Google CCAI).
• Experience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into production systems.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js for backend integrations.
• Familiarity with CX and contact center infrastructure (IVR, SIP, CTI).
