Description:

  • Seeking WordPress Support Engineers to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues, ensuring a high-quality experience, and representing the front-line support team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with WordPress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Live Chat and/or helpdesk tools.
  • Familiarity with web hosting stacks (cPanel, NGINX, Apache, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of Linux command line (SSH) and WP-CLI.
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience with WordPress.
  • Experience with Page Builders, Caching Plugins, Cloudflare, and DNS.
  • Knowledge of Redis, CDN, WAF, and PHP for custom plugins is a plus.
