Description:

UMA is the canonical source of truth that blockchains use to verify real-world data.
Risk Labs is the foundation and core team behind UMA and its products, including oSnap, Oval, and the Across protocol.
The Full Stack Engineer will work across the product and tech stack, fitting into various products based on individual skill sets.
Responsibilities include implementing, testing, and auditing open-source client libraries for UMA smart contracts, writing backend APIs, maintaining protocol solvency with off-chain bots, developing smart contracts, and creating user-friendly frontends.
The tech stack includes Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, Solidity, web3, ethers, hardhat, and React.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of full-time experience in Engineering at a software or financial services technology organization.
A minimum of 1+ years of full-time experience on a blockchain-based project with knowledge of smart contract development is required.
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and write secure, high-quality code.
A passion for blockchain technology, cryptonomic protocol design, game theory, and decentralized finance is essential.
