Description:

MoonPay is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help onboard the world to Web3 by developing new and existing products and features.
The engineering team operates in small cross-functional squads of 4-6 engineers, along with an embedded Product Manager and Product Data Analyst.
Responsibilities include collaborating with other product teams to enhance customer-facing features, contributing to project estimations, planning, and execution, and integrating with external service providers for smooth operations.
The role also involves maintaining and improving the existing codebase and writing fully tested, high-quality, and performant code.
The ideal candidate will work with a tech stack that includes Typescript, Node.js, React, and NextJS.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in Software Engineering at leading startups or fast-growing tech companies.
A strong background in developing, releasing, and maintaining server applications in a fast-paced, iterative environment is essential.
Familiarity with database structures, theories, principles, and best practices is required.
Experience with Cloud Native applications such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is beneficial but not essential.
Bonus points for open-source contributions, experience in web3, or proven experience in the fintech or payments industry.
