Entry-level consultants will participate in the Thoughtworks University (TWU), a learning program that supports the entire first-year graduate experience, including an immersive three-week term and nine Advanced Days covering advanced topics.
The position is open in locations such as Bucharest, Cluj, and Iasi.
Responsibilities include pairing to write clean and iterative code using practices like TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming.
Developers will use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.
They will work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences and create meaningful change for a variety of clients.
Developers will learn and apply the latest technology thinking from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
They will tackle a variety of challenges for clients across all industries while collaborating with new teammates from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
Candidates must have less than 1 year of professional experience working as a developer.
A solid understanding of analysis, design, coding, and object-oriented concepts is required.
