MoonPay is seeking a skilled Senior Growth Analyst to join their team, focusing on driving business growth and maximizing ROI.
The role involves providing analytical support to the growth marketing team, including evaluating customer acquisition costs and forecasting customer spending.
Responsibilities include maintaining and improving marketing tracking and attribution systems, overseeing A/B tests, automating campaign reporting, and measuring campaign ROI.
The analyst will leverage forecasting and predictive modeling techniques to develop data-driven strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion.
The position requires building robust data models and designing data products that facilitate informed decision-making.
Effective communication of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
As a Senior, the analyst will independently lead projects, manage competing tasks, mentor other analysts, and contribute to the data discipline's standards.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with mobile measurement platforms and web tracking tools such as Braze, Appsflyer, Adjust, GA360/GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Segment.
Familiarity with ROAS performance marketing frameworks and incrementality measurement approaches is required.
Proficiency in web analytics, web tracking, and app tracking is necessary.
Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools are essential.
A deep understanding of statistics and probability, along with experience in conducting large-scale A/B tests, is required.
Candidates should have experience working with growth or product teams on acquisition, retention, and campaign optimizations.
The ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment is crucial.
Experience in communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and executives, is necessary.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a growth analyst is required.
