Description:

The IAM Security Engineer will be responsible for managing back-end operating systems and participating in Privileged Access Management systems development.
They will manage IAM tools, providing support for chat FAQ handling, account management, permission authorization, access review and control, data protection, risk identification, and analysis.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as business partners, product managers, developers, infrastructure, and information security teams.
Continuously evaluating system functionality effectiveness and suggesting improvements based on organizational needs.
Proactively correlating events across multiple systems to resolve underlying issues.
Providing standby support for emergency recoveries related to permission issues.
Driving access control projects independently and delivering positive results in a timely manner.
Collaborating with product and development teams on UAT to ensure successful releases without major system or user impact.
Handling ad-hoc assignments from management with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT/Computing related field.
Direct experience with Identity and Access Management and a strong understanding of IAM principles.
Proficiency in creating and managing access control policies based on business requirements.
Understanding of security protocols, best practices, and familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for access control.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Python and Go programming languages, extensive experience with the Django framework.
Strong knowledge of front-end development, database management, familiarity with Docker, and proficiency in its usage.
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written CN/EN communication skills preferred.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
CISA and PMP certifications are considered a plus.
