Description:
Wellhub is hiring a Mid-level React Native Software Engineer for their CARE team in Portugal, focusing on building AI-powered solutions.
The role involves working with generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs fine-tuning, and data pipelines.
Responsibilities include defining system architecture, ensuring successful deliveries, maintaining code quality standards, and promoting development best practices.
The engineer will build reusable code, participate in incident resolution, and track engineering and product KPIs.

Requirements:
Candidates must have consolidated experience in web/mobile development and experience with the ReactJS/React Native ecosystem.
Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking is required.
Proficiency in implementing prototypes and familiarity with MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles is necessary.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
Experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems is expected.
Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese are required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in React Native and GraphQL is a must.
Additional experience with Firebase, micro-frontends, Typescript, AWS, and the company's tech stack is considered a plus.
