Description:

  • Wellhub is hiring a Mid-level React Native Software Engineer for their CARE team in Brazil, focusing on building AI-powered solutions.
  • The role involves working with generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs fine-tuning, and data pipelines.
  • Responsibilities include defining system architecture, ensuring successful deliveries, maintaining code quality standards, and promoting development best practices.
  • The engineer will build reusable code, participate in incident resolution, and track engineering and product KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have consolidated experience in web/mobile development and experience with the ReactJS/React Native ecosystem.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking is required.
  • Proficiency in implementing prototypes and familiarity with MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles is necessary.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems is required.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese are necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in React Native and GraphQL is a must.
  • Additional preferred qualifications include experience with the Firebase ecosystem, micro-frontends, Typescript, AWS, and the company's tech stack.
