Description:

• The Rollup Framework Engineer will be responsible for designing and building scalable solutions for decentralized EVM rollup infrastructure.
• The role involves collaborating with the engineering team to develop high-performance rollup frameworks that enhance product offerings.
• Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and implementing rollup frameworks to improve scalability and performance.
• The engineer will work on optimistic and zk rollups like OP Stack, Arbitrum Orbit, and future zk rollup frameworks.
• Integration of rollup solutions into existing systems using Reth or Geth, and building developer tools and utilities to support rollup deployment and maintenance are key tasks.
• Ensuring security and reliability of rollup implementations through rigorous testing and validation is essential.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in rollup technologies and blockchain scalability is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• Deep technical expertise in rollup frameworks at an established protocol or rollups company.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Rust or Go.
• Profound understanding of security and cryptography best practices.
• Experience with Reth or Geth (or willingness to quickly learn) and Layer 2/3 scaling solutions.
• Based in North America.
