MoonPay is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Growth team, with the option to work remotely from various locations or relocate to the UK.
The role involves architecting and developing new and existing products and features for the Referral and Loyalty Program.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers, delivering customer-facing features, maintaining the existing codebase, and writing high-quality, tested code.
The engineering team operates in small cross-functional squads, promoting a fluid structure for team movement and specialization.
Candidates should have extensive backend engineering experience, preferably in fast-growing tech companies, and a strong interest in data and experimentation.

Requirements:

Cloud-native experience with platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is required.
Bonus points for open-source contributions or experience in web3.
