The Senior Backend Software Engineer will join the Partners Experience (PEX) team in Brazil, focusing on the supplier side of the Marketplace.
The PEX team's mission is to enhance Partner experience, streamline processes, and improve Partner satisfaction and engagement with Wellhub.
Responsibilities include building scalable architectures, writing clean code, designing and maintaining services, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The role involves supporting existing systems, creating new services, and promoting development best practices.
The engineer will also participate in incident resolution and maintain high code quality standards while addressing technical debts.

Requirements:
Candidates must have solid experience with Kotlin, Java, or Go.
A data-driven approach to product decisions is essential.
The ability to simplify development scope is required.
Eagerness to learn and share knowledge is important.
Candidates should have expertise in SQL/NoSQL technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, KAFKA, and ActiveMQ is necessary.
Familiarity with DDD, SOLID principles, design patterns, and distributed systems architecture is required.
Experience with REST concepts and API design is essential.
Candidates must be able to present their work in English or Portuguese.
