The company is hiring a Mid-level React Native Software Engineer for their CARE team in Portugal.
The role focuses on building AI-powered solutions, including generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLMs fine-tuning.
Responsibilities include defining system architecture, ensuring successful deliveries, maintaining code quality standards, promoting development best practices, building reusable code, participating in incident resolution, and following up on engineering and product KPIs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have consolidated experience in web/mobile development.
Experience with the ReactJS/React Native ecosystem is required.
Candidates should have experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking.
Proficiency in implementing prototypes and concepts such as MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles is necessary.
A broad understanding of common UX patterns is expected.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
Experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems is necessary.
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Portuguese are required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in React Native and GraphQL is a must.
Additional experience with Firebase, micro-frontends, Typescript, AWS, and the company's tech stack is considered a plus.
