Description:

The company is hiring a Senior React Native Software Engineer for their CARE team in Brazil, focusing on AI-powered solutions, generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and data pipelines.
The role involves defining system architecture, ensuring successful deliveries, maintaining code quality standards, and promoting development best practices.
Responsibilities include building reusable code, participating in incident resolution, tracking engineering and product KPIs, and fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes well-being.
Requirements:
Candidates must have consolidated experience in web/mobile development and experience with the ReactJS/React Native ecosystem.
Proficiency in monitoring, observability, and KPI tracking is required.
Experience in implementing prototypes, MVPs, A/B testing, and feature toggles is necessary.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
Candidates should have experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems.
Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese are required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in React Native and GraphQL is a must.
Additional preferred qualifications include experience with the Firebase ecosystem, micro-frontends, Typescript, AWS, and the company's tech stack.
