Remote Senior Software Engineer (React/Node)

Description:

• The position is for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in React and Node, working remotely within the EST timezone.
• The role is full-time and offered as a B2B contract.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working with React and Node is required.
• You must have experience in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, and ES6 concepts.
• Experience with GraphQL is necessary.
• Familiarity with distributed version control systems, such as Git, is required.
• You should have experience with both relational and schema-less databases.
• A strong focus on continuous integration and delivery is essential.
• You must have a strong focus on test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience in building high-performance and scalable applications is required.
• A good understanding of the design and implementation of RESTful web services is necessary.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• You should be able to maintain composure when debugging production issues.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• You should be legally able to live and work in Portugal.
