We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our development team.
You will be working on modern web and mobile applications for a wide range of verticals.
The role requires excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications and improving existing ones.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with designers and engineers to improve user experience, ensure system consistency, and push the boundaries of best practices for functional, secure, and stable applications.

You should be passionate about optimizing tooling and workflow using GenAI, seeking joy in streamlining processes and enhancing your work.
Responsibilities include picking up new libraries and frameworks, implementing unit and e2e tests, reviewing UI/UX designs, implementing responsive designs, making technical decisions, leading architecture design, and working with the DevOps team on CI/CD pipelines.
You will also define application objectives, adhere to security and accessibility guidelines, participate in project planning, drive enablement and training of new team members, and conduct regular code reviews.

Requirements:

The role requires working closely with designers and other engineers in cross-functional teams.
You must mentor and guide team members, produce software design documents, and run experiments to improve processes.
You should work with direct managers to identify strengths and design a career growth plan.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required, or at least 4 years of working experience in related fields.
Excellent technical skills and industry experience are a must, with the ability to transfer skills to different languages or frameworks.
Strong interpersonal communication, presentation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to lead and mentor team members are essential.
Familiarity with Linux environments, git, HTML5, Typescript, CSS preprocessors, NodeJS, SQL, and web development best practices is required.
Experience with Agile methodologies, software engineering principles, and at least one major JavaScript application framework is necessary.
