Description:

Risk Labs is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to assist in designing and expanding their data infrastructure, focusing primarily on the Across protocol.
The role involves creating and maintaining data pipelines critical for decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities include indexing complex onchain data, developing large-scale data pipelines, and participating in code review and mentorship activities.
The ideal candidate may come from a background in traditional finance or technology, possess expertise in ETL pipelines, and have a passion for blockchain technology.
The position offers the opportunity to work with the UMA protocol as well.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in Data Engineering at a software, financial services, or related technology organization.
At least 2 years of experience with databases and data pipelines.
Strong critical thinking skills, willingness to learn, and ability to write secure and clean code.
Deep interest in blockchain technology, cryptonomic protocol design, game theory, and decentralized finance.
Growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with blockchain-based projects are advantageous.
Proficiency in Python, Solidity, and Typescript is preferred but not mandatory.
