The Sr Full Stack Java Software Engineer will be responsible for building new healthcare web applications and supporting existing ones in the Cloud.
Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable software, becoming an expert in domain areas, staying updated on development best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.
The engineer will also assist in planning, estimating, and scheduling development work while balancing feature delivery and tech debt reduction.

Requirements:

A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, PostGreSQL (or other relational databases), and AWS services is highly preferred.
Ability to write clear, maintainable, extensible, and testable code is essential.
Experience in designing and implementing web or mobile applications with a microservice back end is required.
Candidates should have experience in building highly scalable and performant distributed systems with high availability.
Strong communication and coordination skills with engineering and product teams are necessary.
Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding common web protocols such as ReST and OAuth is required.
Candidates must be able to work in Eastern or Central time zones.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, with a target annual cash bonus of 15%.
Total target cash compensation, including salary and bonus, ranges from $161,000 to $195,500.
