Description:

  • Storable is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer proficient in .Net C#, React, and Node.js to contribute to the development and scaling of their Facility Management Software.
  • The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining desktop and web-based applications using various technologies such as C# .NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL, React, Node.js, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Responsibilities include enhancing design policies, processes, and procedures, building/improving CI/CD pipelines, and actively participating in an agile team in a Scrum environment.
  • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience, 5+ years of experience in .NET C#, React, Node.js, and SQL, strong understanding of SDLC best practices, and excellent communication skills.
  • Additional requirements include experience with Agile methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a passion for mentoring engineer peers.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications include Agile practices like TDD and BDD, AWS certification, and experience with infrastructure cloud tools such as Terraform and Docker.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of design/development experience with .NET C#, ASP.NET, React, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC best practices, including coding standards, source control, build, test, deploy, and operations.
  • Experience with web-based applications and JavaScript development.
  • Passion for mentoring engineer peers and leading successful delivery for large-scale projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface with business stakeholders and engineers.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and implementing testing methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and produce results.
