Description:
The Sr Software Engineer will be responsible for building new health care web applications and supporting existing ones in the Cloud.
They will support releases, monitor, triage, and fix production issues, and ensure timely execution of projects.
The role involves designing new features, clear communication, working across multiple project facets, and mentoring less experienced developers.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytic capability, a passion for creating elegant solutions, and a deep appreciation of systems design.

Requirements:
A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
Proficiency in React Native, React, JavaScript, Java, iOS, and Android development.
Experience with PostGreSQL or other relational databases, AWS services, Git, and Github.
Ability to write clear, maintainable, extensible, and testable code.
Experience in designing and implementing web or mobile applications with a microservice back end.
Strong background in building highly scalable and performant distributed systems with high availability.
Familiarity with Agile practices, common web protocols, and communication with engineering and product teams.
Bonus points for understanding SOLID principles, TDD, experience in healthcare or regulated domains, remote work experience, and a passion for mental health and expanding access to treatment.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $129,000 - $159,000 per year with room for negotiation based on skills and experience.
Fully remote position with no travel requirements.
