Remote Sr Software Engineer - Front End/Mobile

Description:

• The Sr Software Engineer will be responsible for building new health care web applications and supporting existing ones in the Cloud.
• They will support releases, monitor, triage, and fix production issues, and ensure timely execution of projects.
• The role involves designing new features, clear communication, working across multiple project facets, and mentoring less experienced developers.

Requirements:

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• Proficiency in React Native, React, JavaScript, Java, iOS, and Android development.
• Experience with PostGreSQL or other relational databases, AWS services, Git, and Github.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, extensible, and testable code.
• Experience in designing and implementing web or mobile applications with a microservice back end.
• Strong background in building highly scalable and performant distributed systems with high availability.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, common web protocols, and communication with engineering and product teams.
• Bonus points for understanding SOLID principles, TDD, experience in healthcare or regulated domains, remote work experience, and a passion for mental health and expanding access to treatment.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $129,000 - $159,000 per year with room for negotiation based on skills and experience.
