Description:

  • Storable is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the development and scaling of their Facility Management Software.
  • The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, SQL, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing AWS account management, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and improving design policies and procedures.
  • The position requires effective communication and coordination within the team and with business partners to prioritize tasks.
  • The candidate will actively participate in an agile Scrum environment and promote best practices in software design and code maintainability.
  • The role also involves investigating new technologies and providing system support.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Candidates must have over 5 years of design and development experience with Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, and SQL.
  • A solid understanding of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle (SDLC) is essential.
  • Strong relational database skills and experience in developing web-based applications are necessary.
  • The candidate should have a passion for mentoring peers and a proven track record of leading large-scale project deliveries.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and strong communication skills are required.
  • A history of implementing testing methodologies to enhance software quality is important.
  • Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible.
