Description:
Storable is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to enhance the design and development process for their Facility Management Software.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, SQL, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Responsibilities include optimizing AWS account management, building CI/CD pipelines, enhancing design policies and procedures, and effective communication within the team and with business partners.
The position requires active participation in an agile Scrum environment and encourages best practices in software design and code maintainability.
The engineer will also investigate new technologies and monitor system activities to provide necessary support.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have over 5 years of design and development experience with Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, and SQL.
A solid understanding of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle (SDLC) is essential.
Strong relational database skills and experience in developing web-based applications are necessary.
The candidate should have a passion for mentoring peers and a consistent track record of leading successful large-scale projects.
Experience with Agile methodologies and strong communication skills are required.
A history of implementing testing methodologies to enhance quality is important.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
