Description:

  • Storable is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to enhance the design and development process for their Facility Management Software.
  • The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, SQL, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing AWS account management, building CI/CD pipelines, enhancing design policies and procedures, and effective communication within the team and with business partners.
  • The position requires active participation in an agile Scrum environment and encourages best practices in software design and code maintainability.
  • The engineer will also investigate new technologies and monitor system activities to provide necessary support.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Candidates must have over 5 years of design and development experience with Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, and SQL.
  • A solid understanding of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle (SDLC) is essential.
  • Strong relational database skills and experience in developing web-based applications are necessary.
  • The candidate should have a passion for mentoring peers and a consistent track record of leading successful large-scale projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and strong communication skills are required.
  • A history of implementing testing methodologies to enhance quality is important.
  • Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
