Remote Staff Frontend Engineer (Web Experience)

Description:

• Kpler is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Staff Frontend Engineer to join their dynamic team, focusing on leading the Web Experience team within the Application Platform tribe.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services using TypeScript, Vue, and React.
• Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders, setting best practices, evaluating technologies, overseeing the software development lifecycle, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience with TypeScript within modern SPA frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
• Experience in implementing design systems and component libraries is required.
• Expertise in frontend testing strategies and techniques, including unit, component, e2e, and TDD, is necessary.
• Proficiency with full-stack technologies and languages, including TypeScript, Node.js, REST, and GraphQL, is essential.
• Experience with maintaining git monorepos and CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions and Nx, is needed.
• Candidates should have experience creating and implementing Micro-frontend applications using module federation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software engineering principles are required.
• The ability to take initiative, be bold, and remain a committed team player is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
