Description:

• Kpler is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Staff Frontend Engineer to join their dynamic team in Paris, focusing on web applications and services.
• The role involves leading the Web Experience team within the Application Platform tribe.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing web applications using Vue, TypeScript, and React.
• The engineer will mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders is essential to define technical roadmaps and project requirements.
• The engineer will act as a technical expert, setting and enforcing best practices in software development.
• Evaluating and recommending technologies and tools to enhance the development stack is part of the role.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript within modern SPA frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular is required.
• Experience implementing design systems and component libraries is necessary.
• Expertise in frontend testing strategies and techniques, including unit, component, e2e, and TDD, is essential.
• Proficiency with full-stack technologies and languages, including TypeScript, Node.js, REST, and GraphQL, is required.
• Experience with maintaining git monorepos and CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions and Nx, is necessary.
• Experience creating and implementing Micro-frontend applications using module federation is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software engineering principles are essential.
• The ability to take initiative, be bold, and remain a fully committed team player is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
