Description:

  • The Tech Lead Frontend position is for the Membership Expansion team in Brazil, focusing on increasing membership rates and managing end-user family member experiences.
  • The role involves defining system architecture, supporting product teams, and managing the engineering team.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring successful deliveries, maintaining code quality standards, promoting development best practices, and participating in incident resolution.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have consolidated experience in web/mobile development.
  • Proficiency in the ReactJS/React Native ecosystem is required.
  • Experience with GraphQL (both client-side and server-side) is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience in monitoring, observability, and KPI tracking.
  • Familiarity with implementing prototypes and concepts such as MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles is essential.
  • Advanced English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
