The role involves learning and adopting best practices such as writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
Developers will use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers.
They will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.
The position requires collaboration with various teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes while ensuring best practices and UX specifications are followed.
Developers will partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams to advocate and demonstrate DevOps culture.
They will take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, pushing the envelope to deliver exceptional results for clients.
The role includes learning and applying the latest technology thinking from Thoughtworks' Technology Radar to solve client problems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have intermediate English skills.
A minimum of two years of experience in web development is required.
Experience with one or more development languages such as Java and Springboot, along with Object-Oriented programming experience, is necessary.
Candidates should be able to write clean, high-quality code in various languages and identify and improve bad code.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies is required.
A good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches/tools is essential.
Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment that values transparency, openness, feedback, and change.
A passion for learning and sharing knowledge, as well as a desire to create effective solutions for business problems, is important.
