Description:

LaunchPad Lab is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agent systems for clients and drive internal automation initiatives.
The role involves a mix of client-facing work and internal strategy, reporting to the CTO.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals.
2+ years of hands-on experience building AI agent systems in production environments.
Deep knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
Experience with agent design patterns and emerging interoperability standards.
Ability to lead technical conversations and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
