Description:

Seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with backend and machine learning engineering expertise.
Responsible for designing, training, optimizing, and deploying LLM models in on-prem and offline environments.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build end-to-end LLM pipelines.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Python for backend and machine learning development.
Expertise with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and tools (Hugging Face Transformers, Datasets).
Hands-on experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization.
Familiarity with XML/XSD and Office document parsing tools.
Experience deploying models in offline and air-gapped environments.
Knowledge of quantization techniques and GPU optimization.
Experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) and vector databases.
