Description:

Contract role for an AI Engineer within the Customer Service Transformation Programme.
Focus on customer-facing agentic AI on AWS Bedrock, including multi-agent collaboration and chatbot automation.

Requirements:

5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years on customer-facing AI/LLM systems in production.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, including agent configuration and knowledge base integration.
Proficiency in multi-agent orchestration patterns and prompt engineering at production scale.
Experience with Lambda fulfillment patterns and TypeScript (primary), Python (secondary).
Knowledge of vector databases and strong communication skills for architectural decision-making.
