Description:

  • Lead the adoption and scaling of AI-assisted engineering at StarCompliance.
  • Work hands-on with codebases to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle.
  • Define and implement workflows for AI-driven development, testing, and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering background, ideally in C# / .NET and cloud-based SaaS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience embedding AI into real development workflows.
  • Proven ability to design structured AI workflows and integrate AI into engineering systems.
