Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Chat Group at SmartRecruiters, focusing on intelligent conversational systems for recruiting.
Role involves designing and developing agentic workflows using ML, NLP, and AI to enhance recruiting efficiency and personalization.

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in production.
Expertise in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and ML tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
Advanced Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines and familiarity with chatbots or conversational AI preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
