Description:

Join Slingshot Aerospace as a Senior AI Engineer focused on Agentic Evaluation and Verification and Validation (V&V).
Contribute to the development of evaluation frameworks and validation systems for intelligent systems in mission-critical space operations.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or applied AI.
Strong Python skills with experience in building SDKs or evaluation tooling.
Experience designing evaluation frameworks and metrics for AI/ML systems.
Ability to analyze system behavior and evaluate performance in complex systems.
Familiarity with modern agent frameworks and cross-functional teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance.
