Description:

  • Join Ditto as an AI Engineer to build systems that enhance software development through agent-based automation.
  • Develop Symphony, a runtime for executing agent teams, focusing on reliability, measurement, and user experience for Ditto's engineers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with LLM-backed systems in production.
  • Proficiency in agentic systems, developer tooling, and a rigorous approach to evaluation.
  • Strong skills in Python and familiarity with systems fundamentals across a polyglot codebase.
  • Excellent communication and ownership skills, with experience in navigating ambiguity in a remote team.
