Description:

  • The AI Factory Customer Engineer serves as the primary technical interface between customers and Armada’s Product and Engineering teams, translating complex AI infrastructure into practical solutions.
  • This role involves hands-on technical guidance, leading demos, and building trusted relationships with various stakeholders to ensure customer success in deploying AI Factory solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data center engineering, pre-sales/sales engineering, or solution architecture, with strong expertise in GPU-based systems and modular data centers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical teams and executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
