Description:
- Build and improve AI agent workflows for product feature delivery.
- Split time between developing workflows and reviewing agent outputs for quality.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in TypeScript and React in production environments.
- Proven track record of shipping production software and understanding production-ready code.
- Ability to analyze codebases for patterns and conventions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments to define quality standards.
- Nice to have: AWS serverless experience (CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB).
