Remote AI Go-to-Market Engineer (Serbia)

Description:

• Flosum is seeking an AI Go-to-Market Engineer to enhance productivity across revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success using AI.
• The role involves architecting, deploying, training, and optimizing AI agents to improve pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and churn reduction.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR/BDR agents in a B2B sales environment for at least 90 days.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B GTM stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and real-time chat tools.
• Ability to write and maintain production integrations using Python, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Understanding of pipeline math and unit economics to optimize revenue targets.
• Experience managing multiple AI agents and ensuring data quality in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in DevOps, CI/CD, and compliance workflows.
