Description:

Lead the development of mobile apps, mentor teammates, and drive technical decisions impacting performance, security, and user experience.
Collaborate across various teams (Backend, Web, QA, Product, Design, Data) and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

7+ years of mobile development experience with a strong grasp of mobile fundamentals and advanced expertise in either iOS or Android.
Proficient in architectural judgment, performance and resilience engineering, security awareness, and AI-augmented engineering.
Strong written communication skills and experience in code review and mentorship.
Nice to have: knowledge of cryptography, hardware-backed security, backend systems, product building, and experience in high-stakes domains.
