The company is building an innovative pan-European online medtech eCommerce platform to connect production and integration services with hospitals, medical practices, laboratories, and research centers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including ownership of complex, production-grade AI solutions.
A strong hands-on background is required, ideally gained in a top-tier tech company (FAANG-level or equivalent).
A deep understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and/or vision models is essential.
Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is necessary.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable, production-ready ML systems is required.
Strong problem decomposition skills are needed to translate high-level concepts into deliverable workstreams.
Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams and driving engineering excellence is important.
Candidates must be able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver in a high-velocity environment.
Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset are essential.
A very good command of English is required.
