Description:

Define end-to-end architecture for AI/ML and Gen AI systems including data pipelines, model training/inference, and MLOps.
Serve as a strategic technical advisor to clients, leading solution design discussions and representing 3Pillar in client-facing interactions.
Architect scalable solutions using cloud-native AI tools (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and guide teams on MLOps frameworks.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in AI, ML, and Gen AI space.
Mentor technical teams and ensure ethical AI practices.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience; Ph.D. is highly desirable.
Strong grasp of AI architecture patterns and deep experience with Python and ML libraries.
Hands-on experience with Gen AI APIs and designing enterprise AI systems with MLOps.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and containerization.
Extensive knowledge of machine learning theory and strong leadership skills.
