Description:

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients of BIS Safety Software.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to client workflows and needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Configure client environments and support data migration from previous systems.
  • Manage onboarding timelines and provide solution-focused support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve client experience.
  • Drive successful client adoption for long-term success with the software.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or Software Implementation.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or technology products.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations/projects simultaneously.
  • Experience onboarding mid-market and/or enterprise clients.
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence in learning new software.
